The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was begun in 2012 to provide a temporary reprieve from deportation to qualified unauthorized immigrants brought to the United States as children. The research and data resources collected here offer a detailed demographic portrait of this population, as well as legislative scenarios to extend protections to these DREAMers now that DACA is slated for termination.
