Rachel Marangozov

Rachel Marangozov is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies, where she specializes in the labor market disadvantage of ethnic minority groups and migrant workers. Previous to this, she worked at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) on a range of equality and diversity issues. She is a Director of MigrationWork CIC, which helps communities, policymakers, and practitioners respond to migration. Her work there has involved projects for the European Commission in both the United Kingdom and in several European Member States on a range of integration issues.

Dr. Marangozov has held a number of advisory positions in the past, including for the UK Parliament and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, and is a Fellow at the London School of Economics. She holds M. Phil and PhD degrees from the University of Cambridge.
