Alexis Fintland

Alexis Fintland was an Associate Policy Analyst with MPI’s National Center on Immigrant Integration Policy, where she supported research on workforce training, language access, adult education, and equity issues. She also provided administrative and logistical support for the Center’s team members, events, and projects.

Prior to joining MPI, Ms. Fintland interned for Representative Adam B. Schiff, Senator Kamala D. Harris, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. As an undergraduate, she worked as a Research Fellow at The Worker Institute and a Migration Scholar at Cornell’s Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies.

Ms. Fintland holds a bachelor of science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She graduated with honors.
