Patricia Palma

Patricia Palma is Assistant Professor at the University of Tarapacá, in Chile, and a Principal Researcher on the Millennium Nucleus on the Impacts of China in Latin America and the Caribbean project. She holds a PhD in history from the University of California, Davis.
