SMS Terms and Conditions
By communicating with MPI or MPI Europe via SMS, individuals agree to the following terms:
1. Opt-In / Consent to Receive SMS Messages
Individuals may opt in to receive SMS messages from MPI or MPI Europe by:
- texting a designated keyword (e.g., “START”) to an MPI or MPI Europe phone number,
- initiating contact with MPI or MPI Europe staff and consenting to continue the conversation via SMS, or
- providing their phone number through MPI pr MPI Europe communication channels (such as email, phone, or web forms) and explicitly requesting SMS communication.
By opting in, individuals provide consent to receive SMS messages from MPI or MPI Europe in response to their request. Message frequency varies based on interaction.
2. Purpose of Messages
SMS messages are used for informational, administrative, scheduling, or operational communications only. MPI and MPI Europe do not use SMS messaging for marketing or promotional campaigns.
3. Opt‑Out
Individuals may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. They may request assistance by replying HELP.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the individual's mobile carrier and service plan. MPI and MPI Europe are not responsible for charges incurred from the mobile carrier.
5. Delivery Disclaimer
SMS message delivery is subject to availability of carrier networks and services. MPI and MPI Europe cannot guarantee the timely or successful delivery of messages.
6. Privacy
Individuals' use of SMS communications is subject to the MPI and MPI Europe SMS Privacy Policy, included in the general Privacy Policy. MPI does not sell or share mobile phone numbers for marketing purposes.
