Neil G. Ruiz

Neil G. Ruiz was formerly a summer Research Associate at the Migration Policy Institute. Mr. Ruiz is currently a senior policy analyst and associate fellow in the Metropolitan Policy Program at the Brookings Institution. His work focuses on regional and state economic development, innovation, migration, as well as global economic issues.
