Tsewang Rigzin

Tsewang Rigzin is a Senior Research Associate with the New York City Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity. He has worked for Tibet organizations in India and holds a PhD from Columbia University’s School of Social Work. His research interests include poverty measurement, social policy, and immigrant populations.
