Timothy Affonso

Timothy Affonso is an Attorney at law and Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of the West Indies (UWI) campus in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. He is also a Director and Co-Chair of the Caribbean Centre for Human Rights and a founding member of the Caribbean branch of the International Law Association. He holds a PhD in public international law and international human rights law from the UWI Cave Hill Campus, in Barbados.
