Tessa Coggio

Tessa Coggio is a graduate student at Georgetown University studying migration and development policy at the BMW Center for German and European Studies. In summer 2018, she worked on livelihoods interventions and private-sector engagement strategies for Uganda’s refugee response in Kampala and West Nile.
