Saria Bechara

Saria Bechara is a doctoral student in social work at Washington University in St. Louis, where her research centers around the multidimensional well-being of conflict-affected communities. She was previously a psychosocial support provider for refugee caregivers and children in Lebanon. Ms. Bechara holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology from the Lebanese American University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan.
