Paul Butcher

Paul Butcher is a former Policy Analyst for the European Policy Centre's European Politics and Institutions program. He holds a master's degree in Southeast European studies from the Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria, and a bachelor's in modern and medieval languages from the University of Cambridge.
