Nicole Hoagland is a Senior Adviser for Global Policy and Movement Engagement at the Red Cross Red Crescent Global Migration Lab. She holds master’s degrees in social development from the University of New South Wales and in international human rights and conflict management from La Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Italy.
