Mary Gilmartin

Mary Gilmartin is Professor in the Department of Geography at Maynooth University, Ireland. She teaches and researches on contemporary migration and mobility, with a particular focus on Ireland. She is the author of Ireland and Migration in the 21st Century (Manchester University Press), among other books, and has published in journals including the Journal of International Migration and Integration and the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies.
