Maria Koinova
Maria Koinova is Professor of international relations at the University of Warwick, in the United Kingdom. She is also Deputy Editor for the journal Migration Studies and Principal Investigator of the project “Engaging the Ukrainian Diaspora in Reconstruction and Development: Democracy and Human Rights Dimensions,” sponsored by Research England Policy Support Fund and the Economic and Social Research Council Impact Acceleration Account (ESRC-IAA). She is the author of Diaspora Entrepreneurs and Contested States (Oxford University Press, 2021), and received a PhD from European University Institute, Florence.
