Margaret Walton-Roberts is a human geographer at Wilfrid Laurier University and the Balsillie School of International Affairs (BSIA), Waterloo, Canada, where she focuses on international migration. Her research interests are in gender and migration, transnational networks, and immigrant settlement, with a current focus on gender and the international migration of Indian health-care professionals as well as international student migration.
