Marat Kengerlinsky

Marat Kengerlinsky is an official at the Department of Human Rights, Democratization and Humanitarian Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. He has also worked as a lawyer in the European Court of Human Rights at Strasbourg. He has a PhD from the School of Politics, International Studies and Philosophy, Queen's University at Belfast.
