Lucie Macková is Assistant Professor in the Department of Development and Environmental Studies at Palacký University Olomouc in Olomouc, Czechia. She holds a PhD in international development studies from Palacký University Olomouc and master’s degrees in international relations and European studies from Central European University and in international relations and social anthropology from the University of St. Andrews.
