Irina Lapshyna

Irina Lapshyna holds a British Academy research grant to study Ukrainian diasporas. She is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Bremen, Germany. Her research focuses on labor migration in Ukraine, migration perceptions and aspirations, the Ukrainian diaspora, corruption, and human-capital development.
