Getachew Zeru Gebrekidan is an Assistant Professor in peace and security studies at the Meles Zenawi Leadership Academy in Ethiopia. He was previously a Southern Voices Network Scholar with the Africa Program of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
