François Rocher
François Rocher is Professor of political studies at the University of Ottawa, where he was previously Director of the School of Political Studies. He was a founding member of the Groupe de recherche sur les sociétés plurinationales (Research Group on Plurinational Societies) and is the editor of books including La commission Pepin-Robarts, quarante ans après, Les enjeux d'un Québec laïque: La loi 21 en perspective, and Essential Readings in Canadian Politics and Government, 2nd Edition. He holds a PhD, master’s degree, and bachelor’s degree from Université de Montréal.
