Emmanuela Douyon

Emmanuela Douyon is founder of POLICITÉ, a consulting firm and think tank focusing on economic development, and a social justice advocate. She holds master’s degrees from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Gustave Eiffel University, in France, and a bachelor’s degree from National Tsing Hua University, in Taiwan.
