Élisabeth Vallet is Director of the Center for Geopolitical Studies of the Raoul-Dandurand Chair at the University of Quebec at Montreal, Associate Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada-Saint Jean, Quebec Research Lead for the pan-Canadian Borders in Globalization program, and a Canadian International Council Fellow.
