Dimitry V. Kochenov

Dimitry V. Kochenov heads rule of law research at the Central European University (CEU) Democracy Institute, Budapest, and teaches citizenship and the rule of law at LUISS Guido Carli, Rome. His book Citizenship (MIT Press) has been translated into several languages. He has advised international organizations and governments, including the Dutch and Maltese, and holds a PhD from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
