Casey O’Neill

Casey O’Neill is Associate Director - Program and Protection for Church World Service’s Ukraine Response in Moldova. She holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in sociology, both from the University at Albany, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Moldova from 2017 to 2019.
