Bülent Baykal

Brigadier General Bülent Baykal is Head of the Migrant Smuggling and Human Trafficking Department in the Turkish Gendarmerie General Command. He has served in roles including District Gendarmerie Commander in various regions and has had multiyear tours of duty along the borders with Iraq and Syria. He has served as a law enforcement officer for 30 years.
