Data for 1995 for Australia and Canada refer to the 1996 figures and are from the Australian Bureau of Statistics and Statistics Canada, respectively; Israel's 1995 figure refers to 1998 and is from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Israel. Data for Israel exclude temporary foreign workers. Norway's 1995 figure is from Statistics Norway; US data are from the Department of Labor's 1995 Current Population Survey, the Census Bureau's Decennial 2000 Census and 2005 and 2009 American Community Surveys; Data for the remaining countries and years are from OECD's Trends in International Migration (2006) and International Migration Outlook (2011).
