Samla Da Rosa

Samla Da Rosa is Operations Manager at MPI Europe, where she leads the organisation's operations, finance, human resources, procurement, and administrative functions. She works towards strengthening MPI Europe’s internal systems and supports the effective implementation of its projects. She also provides strategic support for the organisation of institutional events.

Ms. Da Rosa has extensive experience improving organisational processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic decision-making in international nonprofit organisations. 

Before joining MPI Europe, she held management and operational roles in international organisations, public institutions, and the private sector in Belgium. She previously worked in journalism and corporate communications, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to organisational management, stakeholder engagement, and event execution.

Ms. Da Rosa holds a master's degree in European studies from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), a master's degree in audiovisual communication and journalism from the University of São Paulo, and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
