Hanna Siarova is a Senior Policy Researcher with the Public Policy and Management Institute (PPMI) in Vilnius, Lithuania. Her research focuses on areas such as early childhood education and care, general education, social inclusion, migration, and children‘s rights policies.

She earned her master of arts in public policy from Central European University. She received a specialist diploma in world economy from the Belarussian State Economic University in Minsk.
