Erik Lindsjö
HR and Administrative Manager
Erik Lindsjö is the HR and Administrative Manager at MPI and is responsible for human resources functions, including payroll and benefits administration. He is also responsible for general office and administrative duties.
Prior to joining MPI, Mr. Lindsjö was Communications Manager at The Westcott House Foundation in Springfield, OH, a nonprofit with the mission to inspire creativity and innovation through architecture and design education. Additionally, he served in the Swedish Armed Forces, earning the rank of Second Lieutenant.
Mr. Lindsjö obtained his master’s in public administration from Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in political science from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH.
