Zara Rabinovitch
Zara Rabinovitch was Editor of the Migration Policy Institute’s respected online journal, the Migration Information Source, and was responsible for commissioning, editing, and promoting Source articles.
Previously, Ms. Rabinovitch interned with the Embassy of Canada in Washington, DC and the National Bureau of Asian Research in Seattle where she supported the Media Relations and Publications departments, respectively. She is also the writer and associate producer of The Sultan’s Women, a documentary film portraying the emancipation of women in the late Ottoman Empire.
Ms. Rabinovitch holds a master’s degree in comparative politics with a concentration in nationalism and ethnicity from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and English literature from the University of British Columbia.
