Rabab Fatima

Rabab Fatima is the Regional Coordinator and Advisor for South and Southwest Asia, and Regional Advisor for Climate Change and Migration at the International Organization for Migration's (IOM) Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific. She has been with IOM since 2007. Before taking her present post in January 2012, she served as IOM's Regional Representative for South Asia, based in Dhaka. She is a career diplomat with specialization in multilateral diplomacy, human rights, and humanitarian affairs; she has served in different capacities in New York, Geneva, Beijing, London, and Kolkata. Before joining IOM, she served in the Commonwealth Secretariat as Head of Human Rights.
