Director Aguirre's Prepared Remarks

Mr. Eduardo Aguirre was sworn in as the first Director of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) in the Department of Homeland Security on August 15, 2003. He will describe his vision for the new bureau and outline some of the plans for the upcoming fiscal year that will help reach those goals.
